Ibelema Greene is a faith-anchored coach, therapist, legal practitioner, policy consultant, corporate trainer, speaker, and writer committed to helping people discover who they are, embrace their God-given design, and live with purpose.
Known as The Repairer, Ibelema brings together personal development, emotional intelligence, communication, leadership, and faith-based principles to help individuals and organisations move from limitation to possibility, from uncertainty to clarity, and from survival to intentional living.
Her work spans coaching, therapy, teen mentoring, women's development, public speaking, corporate training, and family wellbeing. Through these platforms, she creates transformative spaces where people can confront limiting beliefs, rebuild confidence, strengthen relationships, develop their voices, and cultivate the skills required to thrive in life and leadership.
With a professional foundation in law, policy, and therapeutic practice, Ibelema understands that lasting transformation requires more than inspiration. It requires self-awareness, practical tools, intentional action, and systems that support growth.
Her vision is to raise a generation of emotionally healthy, purpose-driven, and confident individuals who understand their identity, communicate with courage, lead with integrity, and contribute meaningfully to their families, workplaces, and communities.
Through her work as The Repairer, Ibelema helps people reconnect with who they are, repair what hinders them, and develop the capacity to become who they are designed to be.
Every life carries a design, and no person should remain trapped by what can be understood, healed, strengthened, or rebuilt.
Discover yourself. Own your voice. Lead with purpose. Live by design.
